Lesley Kinsley on digital activism

As promised, here is a release of the footage from our panel discussion from our birthday party. This clip is of the superwoman from the Soil Association, Lesley Kinsley, talking about digital activism and changing the world.

Lesley's been passionate about getting locally sourced organic food into schools and the Food For Life campaign has been about just that. Slowly but surely, aided by the web, the reach of their message has spread across the whole of the UK. Lesley has been one of my role models for quite some time now as someone who actually gets off her arse and makes things happen. She doesn't hang around and certainly doesn't wait for someone else to point out what needs to be done. We need more people like Lesley here in the city to snap us out of our comfort zones and out there doing what needs to be done...
